Shipping Policy
Order processing
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding NZ public holidays). Custom or made-to-order signs are built to specification; we will give you an estimated dispatch window when you order or during proofing. Processing does not include transit time.
Peak periods (e.g. late November–December), large orders, or supply constraints may add a short delay. If we expect a significant hold-up, we will contact you using the email or phone on your order.
Delivery areas and timeframes
We ship nationwide within New Zealand. Typical standard courier delivery after dispatch is around 3–5 business days for major towns; rural or South Island destinations can take longer. These are guides only — carriers set final delivery dates.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays unless the carrier offers a specific service that includes those days.
Tracking and confirmation
When your parcel leaves our facility, we send a shipment confirmation email with tracking details where the carrier provides them. Use that link to follow delivery or rearrange with the courier if their service allows.
Packaging
Signs are packed to reduce movement and protect acrylic, silicone, and electrical components. Please inspect the outer box on arrival; if it is clearly damaged, note it with the carrier if possible and photograph the package before opening, then contact us so we can help under our Return Policy and consumer law.
Address and delivery instructions
You are responsible for a correct, complete delivery address (including unit or business name and postcode). If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional postage may apply to resend it.
If you need delivery to a PO Box or restricted address, check out with an address the courier accepts; we may contact you if the carrier cannot deliver to the details provided.
Delays and events outside our control
Weather, public events, carrier backlogs, or customs processing (for any future international shipments arranged separately) can delay delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or events we cannot reasonably control, but we will assist with tracing and claims where appropriate.
