Terms of Service
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit an order.
Website use
You may browse and shop for personal or legitimate business use. You agree not to misuse the site (for example: attempting to interfere with security, scraping our catalogue for competing commercial databases without permission, or submitting false contact details).
We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe there is abuse, fraud, or a risk to other customers or our systems.
Product information
We aim to describe LED and neon-style signage accurately, including materials, dimensions, and imagery. Colours and brightness can look different on screen than in person; custom work may vary slightly from mock-ups. If something material is wrong with a specification, contact us and we will work through options under our Return Policy and applicable New Zealand consumer law.
Orders, pricing, and payment
When you complete checkout, you make an offer to buy. We may accept or decline an order (for example, if a product is unavailable, there is a pricing error, or we cannot verify payment). A contract is formed when we confirm the order or ship the goods, whichever we specify in your order confirmation.
Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars (NZD) unless stated otherwise and include GST where required. Payment is processed through our payment partners; we do not store your full card number on our own servers.
Custom and made-to-order work
Custom or personalised signs are produced to your specifications. They may be non-refundable except where faulty, not as agreed, or where the Return Policy or the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) applies. Production timelines given before or after purchase are estimates, not guarantees.
Intellectual property
Content on this site (text, graphics, logos, product photos, and layout) is owned by Images of Violence by Mad Hat Ads Group or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without permission. You are responsible for ensuring any artwork or text you supply for custom work does not infringe third-party rights.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (such as lost profits) arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the CGA or other laws that cannot be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies when you use the site or place an order. For significant changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify customers where appropriate.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
